In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Carriers & delivery times
We ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–5 business days domestic, 7–21 business days international. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
Cold-chain & packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for shipping. Where required, items are packed with insulated packaging with cold packs.
International orders & customs
International researchers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into their country for research use. We cannot ship to countries where research peptide import is prohibited.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected date, contact support and we'll help track it down.
