Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be stored according to recommendations (refrigerated/frozen as applicable)
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible
• Returns due to shipping damage are fully covered — see Shipping Policy

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team via the Contact page or email
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a return authorization and prepaid label (for domestic orders)
4. Ship the item back in original packaging
5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Refund Method

• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Full refund for unopened products in resalable condition
• Partial refunds may apply for opened products on a case-by-case basis
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

• Exchanges available for damaged or defective products
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item
