Products
What purity level are your peptides?
All of our research peptides are ≥99% purity as verified by independent third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry testing. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available upon request for any product.
Are your peptides lyophilized?
Yes. All peptide products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders for maximum stability during shipping and storage. They require reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before use in research.
What form do your products come in?
Products are supplied in sealed vials containing measured amounts of lyophilized peptide powder. Vial sizes range from 2 mg to 10 mg depending on the specific peptide. Bacteriostatic water and insulin syringes are available separately.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $100 qualify for free domestic shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also contact us with your order number for status updates.
Shipping
How quickly do you ship?
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries where research peptides are legally permitted. International customers are responsible for ensuring products can be lawfully imported and for any customs duties or taxes.
How much is shipping?
Domestic flat-rate shipping is $9.99. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $100. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Storage & Handling
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored at -20°C (freezer) and protected from light and moisture. When stored properly, they remain stable for 12–24 months.
How long do reconstituted peptides last?
After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerator) and typically remain stable for approximately 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides.
Research Use
Who can purchase your products?
Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or research institution and that you will use these products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Do you provide dosing information?
No. We do not provide dosing recommendations, administration protocols, or guidance on in-vivo use. Our reconstitution calculator is a mathematical tool only — it converts units but does not recommend doses. Researchers should consult their institution's protocols and applicable regulations.
Can I get a COA for my product?
Yes. Contact us with your batch number and we'll provide the Certificate of Analysis for your specific product lot at no charge.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
